Ha aparecido en la web para su descarga una versión de los codecs llamados FFDShow Control Plug-in con los cuales podrás ver Divx (entre otros formatos) usando el Vista Windows Media Center Edition.
Con esto codec podrás reproducir estos tipos de formatos (en video):
- Divx
- XVid
- H.264
Y los siguientes (en audio):
- Mp3
- AAC
- Dolby AC3
- Ogg Vorbis
Una de las funciones que me parecieron muy interesantes es la capacidad de poder cambiar el idioma de los subtítulos mientras estamos reproduciendo una película. También nos da la posibilidad de añadir “bookmarks” a los videos, en los cuales podremos poner una marca en la parte que queramos para volver rápidamente a esa parte sin tener que andar buscando por toda la película. Otra novedad es la capacidad de adelantar/atrasar a 3 velocidades.
El codec es totalmente gratuito, aunque los creadores del software aceptan donaciones en agradecimiento a su trabajo. El sitio para descargarlo es este.
De ahora en adelante, con el codec instalado podrás disfrutar de cualquier película en Divx o Xvid usando el reproductor que viene incluido en la versión de centro Multimedia de Windows Vista

The joyous Mid-Autumn Festival was celebrated on the fifteenth day ffxi gilof the eighth moon, around the time of the autumn equinox. Many referred to it simply as the "Fifteenth of the Eighth Moon".
