A veces, aunque piensas que has desinstalado un dispositivo, el sistema guarda información sobre él, y esto puede provocar inestabilidad en tu Windows. Para eliminar estos dispositivos, que quedan ocultos, deberas seguir los siguientes pasos: 1. Haz clic con el botón derecho del ratón en "Mi PC" y ve a "Propiedades". 2. Ahí, busca la pestaña "Hardware" y dentro de ella el botón "Administrador de dispositivos". 3. Cuando se halla abierto la ventana del Administrador de dispositivos ve al menu "Ver" y selecciona la opción "Mostrar dispositivos ocultos". 4. Cuando haces esto, aparece una nueva categoria que reza "Controladores que no son Plug & Play". 5. Ahi dentro podrás eliminar los drivers que te esten molestando. 6. Recuerda, cuando un driver no se esta usando, suele aparecer más "transparente" que el resto. 7. Además de la nueva categoría, en todas pueden aparecer elementos ocultos que pueden estar provocando interferencias con tu hardware instalando.
